VACUUM CHAMBER DRYERS (Vacuum Tray Dryers)

We  fabricate Vacuum Dryers from 4 M2 heating surface area to 45 M2 (i.e. from 8 trays to 90 trays) in CGMP / NGMP models in S.S. 316 / S.S. 304 & Carbon Steel Material of Construction for multinationals like Ranbaxy, Lupin, Orchid, Zydus Cadila, Cipla, Glaxo, Sunpharma, Emcure, Johnson Matthey, Avik Pharma

This Unit is 45 M2 heating surface area Vacuum Chamber Dryer in M.S. Material of  construction along with recovery unit consisting of Condenser Receiver & hot water circulating unit for Sandoz  India .
This Unit is CGMP model VCD 45 M2  with double door in S.S. 316 material of construction with 90 trays.

Another CGMP model of 45 M2 heating surface area with double door & 15 heating shelves on each side in S.S. 316 material of construction.
CGMP model Vacuum Chamber Dryer of different capacities VCD-16 (48 trays) VCD-12 (24 trays), VCD-6 (12 trays) for multinationals with skirting plate in S.S. 316 material of construction.
